DCI provides the following information upon request:

(a) information on (or references to) the certification scheme(s) including evaluation procedures, rules and procedures for granting, maintaining, extending or reducing scope, suspension, revocation or denial of certification;

(b) a description of how the certification body secures financial support and general information on fees for applicants and clients;

(c) a description of the rights and obligations of applicants and clients, including requirements, restrictions or limitations on the use of the certification body’s name and seal, and ways to state certification;

(d) information on procedures for handling complaints and appeals.
